TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 SALE AND PURCHASE We will sell you and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existance when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our web site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
2 PRICES Prices are subject to change without prior notice and those charged will be effective on the order receipt date. Prices are £Sterling.
3 PAYMENT Payment with order by credit/debit card unless otherwise agreed.
School (LEA) orders accepted with official order number, payment is due 30 days after date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.
4 TITLE Ownership (title) of goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
5 AVAILABILITY Goods contained within the website are offered subject to availability. On occasions goods may be discontinued for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to withdraw any item where an administrative error has occurred. If an item is out of stock you will be advised and we will endeavour to supply the item/s as soon as possible.
6 POST & PACKAGING Orders over £35 qualify for free delivery in most areas of the UK. Orders below this amount are subject to a charge of £4.95. Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland P.O.A. If unsure of free delivery area please enquire.
7 REFUSED DELIVERIES / NON DELIVERY We reserve the right to levy a carriage charge, plus 20% handling charge or a minimum of £10 which ever is the greater.
8 SIZES All weights and measurements are approximate.
9 WRONGLY ORDERED GOODS If goods are genuinely ordered in error the company may consider returns and may levy a charge for the return. In some instances this will not be possible and the goods will be paid for in full. The company’s decision is final. All goods must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
10 DAMAGED GOODS If goods are damaged upon receipt please sign as such and notify the company within seven days.
11 RETURNS Goods can only be returned with prior authorisation.
12 COMPLAINTS Should a customer wish to complain they should e-mail/write to the Customer Service Department. The correspondence will be acknowledged on the day of receipt.
13 GOVERNING LAW English law applies
